Beginning in 1936, with its founder Mr. Georgios Samatouras, the company’s role was to represent overseas companies, producing a wide range of products, including those for the plumbing industry
In 1975 commenced the collaboration between Mr. Georgios Samatouras and Giannopoulos’ family (Basil and Adamantia) with the foundation of the company "G.SAMATOURAS LTD"
The newly formed company, has been continuously active systematically, gradually and progressively specializing in heating, plumbing and irrigation products, until 1990 when its founder G. Samatouras, retired.
After Mr. Samatouras’ retirement, the remaining parties, established the firms "B.GIANNOPOULOS & CO SNC" and "A.GIANNOPOULOU & CO SNC". Following the resignation and retirement of Mr. Basilio and Mrs. Adamantia Giannopoulos, the statute was modified in 2013 transferring all of their activities' exclusively to their sons Lambros and George Giannopoulos.
After 80 years these two companies continue to this day to specialize in gas supply products and alternative sources of energy, representing a range of more than 100,000 products.
